Shawn has taught for 23 years at Weber High School. He started his career teaching business classes and is currently teaching digital arts. Through the years he has seen the many changes in technology. Records to cassettes to cd’s to mp3’s. VCR’s to LaserDiscs to DVD’s to Blu Ray to Streaming. And in the classroom…. Pencil and paper to bubble sheets to Moodle to Google Classroom to Canvas. Overhead projectors to LED projectors to smart boards to touch tv's. He loves to master the use of technology tools in his classroom, yet with continual change in the face of technology he tries to keep the attitude of a rookie. He believes that continually discovering new technology tools for the classroom keeps your teaching sharp and your classroom fresh.
