My students know I am a big Star Wars nerd and often refer to me as the Google Master. This, of course, stems from my favorite Jedi Master, Obi-Wan Kenobi. I am a Google Certified Educator with expertise in the Google Suite for Education. I love the Google Classroom and use Docs, Sheets, Sites, Slides, Forms, Drive, Groups, and Keep almost daily. Using these tools has saved me time and greatly increased the effectiveness and engagement of my lessons. My students have better access to their learning and can share/receive more effective feedback. I am also intrigued with makerspaces and love exchanging ideas with other great Weber District employees as I constantly seek to improve my teaching.
